Belgium, 2014-2015

“25 years abortion law in Belgium – For your sister, your friend, your daughter, your colleagues, your mother“

These portraits are extracts of the anti-stigmatization campaign of LUNA and IPPF and are representing Belgian women who have had an abortion.

The fruitful campaign was initiated by Tom Nys in collaboration with the photographers Charlotte Lybeer, Vesna Faassen, Valentina Stellino, Eva Donckers and Ingrid Leonard. It was possible to portray more than 60 women within this project. Please find more information about the campaign here.
